The must-have organic gin from the family distillery. Made from organic wheat brandy, its recipe is inspired by the history and culture of its village.

This gin is distilled in the family still at Distillerie Castan, where we also distill our other spirits, including Whisky.

The wheat brandy is transferred to a vat in the still, where we infuse our juniper berries and various botanicals. Once the infusion is complete, the spirit is distilled in the traditional way by our still.
