Made exclusively from plums from an authentic south-western terroir, the selection of fruit and speed of transport ensure the product’s impeccable quality.<\/p>\n
The plums, bursting with sugar, are picked at the end of August, then sorted to keep those that have reached their quintessential quality.<\/p>\n
No aromatic additives.<\/p>\n
The alembic is fitted with a rectifying column to obtain fine, smooth eaux de vie. The eau de vie is carefully reduced by the distiller to 44%vol using natural water drawn from a depth of 100 meters.<\/p>\n
